Level 1 NVQ Award in Contact Centre Operations (QCF)

This qualification is suitable for anyone who wishes to enhance their knowledge, understanding and skills of working in a contact centre. Learners may be working in customer service or as sales advisors and telesales operators. Learners must complete two mandatory units as well as being able to choose from a number of optional units.

How Long Will It Take Me To Achieve This Qualification?

Depending on which optional units are taken, the minimum guided learning hours are between 35 and 76.

How Is The Qualification Assessed?

Learners must complete a portfolio of evidence which will be quality assured by the Centre.

Qualification Progression

Learners may progress on to the Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (QCF) as well as the Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Contact Centre Operations (England).
