Level 1 NVQ Award in Contact Centre Operations (QCF)

The HABC Level 3 Certificate in Management (QCF) is aimed at learners working in a management role across a variety of sectors such as the private sector and government departments.

The qualification provides learners with the knowledge required to work in a management role and also forms the knowledge-based qualification aspect of the Advanced Apprenticeship Framework in Management.

How is the qualification assessed?

Through a portfolio of evidence which is put together during the course and demonstrates the learner has met the required assessment criteria.
